Description

In Integrated Math 2, students begin the course learning about the algebraic concepts of functions, equations, inequalities, and complex numbers. They explore exponential and radical expressions, work with polynomials, and apply their knowledge to real-world problems by using algebraic expressions, pictorial and symbolic representation. Students continue by studying probability and then transition into the study of logic and geometric proofs. They continue their geometry study of triangles, parallel and perpendicular lines and angles, and then transition into the study of trigonometric ratios and the application of trigonometry. This course ends with a comprehensive look at circles.

Note: This course cannot be taken for original credit. This is a credit recovery course.

Prerequisite: Algebra I or Integrated Math 1

Changes and Refunds Policy

Parent/Student may cancel any individual Student enrollment in a Course within ten (10) calendar days after the enrollment date in that Course ("Grace Period"). In the event of a timely request for cancellation and approval, HGS will issue a credit to Parent/Student for a future enrollment, but in no event will any refunds be issued. No credit or refund shall be owed to Parent/Student for cancellations or reassignments reported to HGS beyond the Grace Period
