JavaScript is one of the best languages to learn, it makes the browser come alive! This course will teach students JavaScript through a tower defense game! They then will code or customize their own game! Students will be writing all the code themselves from going through the individual lessons and watching the video reviews. They will learn about variables, functions, listening events, loops, arrays, and objects. This course assumes some coding experience and includes graded quizzes, project uploads, and teacher requirements.Notes: (1) Lightweight devices such as Apple iPads, Google Chromebooks, and tablets have limited support for Java and programming-based content. Therefore, students will need a laptop or computer for this course. (2) This course contains numerous videos that may not be accessible outside of the United States.

Changes and Refunds Policy

Parent/Student may cancel any individual Student enrollment in a Course within ten (10) calendar days after the enrollment date in that Course ("Grace Period"). In the event of a timely request for cancellation and approval, HGS will issue a credit to Parent/Student for a future enrollment, but in no event will any refunds be issued. No credit or refund shall be owed to Parent/Student for cancellations or reassignments reported to HGS beyond the Grace Period
